The purpose of the company was to arrange and supply commodities and spare parts from abroad to government and semi-government organizations in Pakistan as agents, distributors and importers.

Over the years M&O has supplied spare parts of Volvo, Mitsubishi Renault and Mercedes Trucks to the National Logistic Cell, Pakistan as a registered contractor through Al Futtaim Group of Dubai.

In local distribution M&O acted as a distributor for Shezan International Ltd. Mineral Water (H2O), IFFCO Dubai manufacturers of Corn Oil and Confectionery items.

In the Automotive and Heavy Equipment supplies M&O through its associate company, M/s Trans Island Auto Spare Parts Trading Est. Sharjah has consolidated its business via U.A.E. and with its own
central warehousing is currently arranging its supplies of goods of companies such as :
